Two prison guards in Antwerp were injured on Sunday in an incident involving an aggressive detainee. The attack came from West Flemish Ringo De Witte (48) who was given the unflattering name of the country’s ‘most dangerous detainee’ years ago. In 2018, a judge in Ghent ruled that he should be interned.
