“I can confirm that four people were shot,” Langley Police Chief Ghalib Bhayani said at a press conference. “Two victims did not survive the shooting, an injured woman is in critical condition. The perpetrator was shot dead by law enforcement.”
According to Canadian media, the perpetrator would have targeted homeless people, but that is still under investigation and the police can not confirm yet.
