At least fourteen people were killed and 108 injured in a Ukrainian attack on Friday night in the Russian province of Belgorod, near the border with Ukraine. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this. Two children were also killed in the attacks. The Russian government will convene the United Nations Security Council on Saturday evening at 10 p.m. Belgian time.
