Two buildings collapsed in the center of the northern French city of Lille (Lille) this morning. That happened before the stores opened and so far there seem to have been no casualties. 35-year-old Danielle Fictorie from Utrecht slept in a hotel adjacent to one of the collapsed buildings. “It was one big chaos this morning.”
