Billionaire Elon Musk must hand over all his text messages from the first six months of this year to Twitter. At least that is the claim that Twitter has submitted to a judge. According to the social media company, Musk is not cooperating with the exchange of evidence in the run-up to the trial over the collapsed Twitter takeover. Texts from Musk’s right-hand man Jared Birchall should also be handed over.
