Frankfurt/Main (dpa) – Due to increasing referee insults, the German Football Association (DFB) has deactivated its comment function on the Twitter channel “@dfbschiris” until the end of the season.
This was announced by the association. As early as December, the DFB had asked football fans for factual criticism and reserved the right to intervene in the event of violations. This included deleting comments and blocking users. Now the DFB went one step further and will not allow any more comments until further notice.
