With this approach, in a conference at the Tribuna Barcelona forum, Turull has rejected the discourse of fear in the face of the “reactionary wave” and has assured that these elections are not going “to stop PP and Vox”, but to “stop” the strategy of the State against Catalonia, for which it has presented the 23-J elections as a “turning point” in relationships. “You no longer go on credit, you have to pay in advance,” said the post-convergent leader, who has put the amnesty and the referendum as conditions before a possible investiture to Pedro Sanchez. “If it wants us to understand each other, Catalonia has to be able to decide its future,” Turull stated.
Thus, Turull has presented Junts as the “useful vote” of the independence movement and has assured that the strategy of “uncritical support” has not given the expected results.
