The pain remains in Suvilahti.

Renovations will soon begin in Suvilahti, Helsinki. This will not affect the Tuska festival, as the largest metal festival in the Nordic countries will take place in Suvilahti next year as well.
– The change is permanent, but Tuska will remain in Suvilahti. This is a good solution, says Tuska’s festival director Eeka Mäkynen in the bulletin.
– The development of the Suvilahti area will make Helsinki an even more vibrant event city, even though it will require creativity in the midst of construction sites in the coming years, says the head of Helsinki’s brand and events unit Sanna Forsström.
The Flow festival, on the other hand, has announced that this year’s festival will be its last in Suvilahti.
This year’s Tuska will take place in Suvilahti next week, from Friday to Sunday, June 30-July 2.
Mokoma, Ville Valo, Arch Enemy and Ghost will perform in Tuska this year.
