Turkey elections: Polling stations open for second, unprecedented round between Erdogan and Kilicdaroglu

The second, unprecedented round of Turkey’s presidential elections has begun. Since Sunday morning 8 a.m. local time (7 a.m. Belgian time), citizens can vote for incumbent President Recep Tayyip Erdogan or his challenger Kemal Kilicdaroglu. The polling stations will remain open until Sunday afternoon (4 p.m. Belgian time). Preliminary results are expected in the evening.
