Tuna steaks taste great between, for example, a rye hamburger.
Tuna often ends up in the home kitchen on top of pizza, in salad or as a pasta sauce. Canned tuna also makes delicious steaks, so would it be time to make fish burgers this weekend?
Making the dough is easy by mixing the ingredients together and you don’t even need to chop more than one onion and a couple of sprigs of parsley.
Canned tuna steaks
0.5 prk cream cheese
0.5 dl breadcrumbs
2 pcs of tuna in oil
2 eggs
1 small red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
0.5 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 teaspoons sriracha
a splash of lemon juice
1. Pour cream cheese and breadcrumbs into a bowl and mix. Let the flour swell for a while.
2. Drain the oil from the tuna, add the tuna to the bowl and break the texture of the fish with a fork.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix the dough until smooth.
3. Shape the dough into steaks and fry the steaks in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
