If you want Hartog, Egbert Streuer, Jaap Geerts and Jim Redman at a table, you will get the world of strong stories about the TT Assen. That is exactly what will happen on Wednesday during Ttheaershow in De Bonte Wever in Assen.
For a hundred minutes, former drivers and people who have been doing a lot with the TT for years have a conversation. “Our guests will talk to each other at a big talk table,” says organizer Kars Klok. In addition to the former drivers, chairman of TT Circuit Arjan Bos, mayor Marco Out and living TT-Encyclopedias Egbert Braakman and Bé Hoiting.
“We have images of the former riders sitting at the table, photos and films. Based on that, we will ask questions,” says Klok. Not only about the races, but also about the impact of the races on Drenthe and the north. “The economic spin-off of this event is in millions.”
Klok does the presentation together with co -organizer Luc Rengers, who himself goes to the TT for the 65th time and was a job commissioner on the circuit for fourteen years.
The show starts on Wednesday at 2.30 p.m. According to Rengers, several hundred tickets have since been sold, but there is also room for hundreds of enthusiasts. Tickets are for sale at the door.
