New British Prime Minister Liz Truss is “determined” to work with “all parties around the table” to resolve the crisis over the status of Northern Ireland after Brexit. Truss said this today during her first parliamentary question time in the British House of Commons. That issue has led to a political deadlock in Northern Ireland itself, but also to a deadlock with the European Union.
