Almost two weeks ago in Los Angeles broke out massive protests against Trumps immigration policy, when ICE agents had arrested and removed people on the street in different parts of the city. Ice also carried out house searches in the search for people without a valid residence status.
President Donald Trump then sent troops from the National Guard to Los Angeles. According to critics, including Newsom, Trump’s measure led to more tensions and unrest in the city.
