The former president of USA Donald Trump (2017-2021) made sexist comments about his daughter Ivanka’s appearance and talked about “what would it be like to have sex with her”, as he describes in his new book the former Homeland Security official Miles Taylorwho worked in his Administration.
‘Blowback: A Warning to Save Democracy from the Next Trump’ was today advance in excerpts by Newsweek magazine and in it Taylor describes the Trump’s “blatant sexism” towards the women of his governmentfrom low-level assistants to cabinet secretaries.
Taylor, who worked under the orders of the Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen, is known for being the anonymous author of a column published in September 2018 by the newspaper ‘The New York Times’. In that text he revealed a supposed internal “resistance” effort to Trump by a group of officials determined to “frustrate part of their initiatives and their worst inclinations”.
As Taylor writes in the book, the worst part of Trump’s behavior was his lewd comments about his own daughter.
“Attendees said that He was talking about Ivanka Trump’s breasts.her butt and what it would be like to have sex with her, comments that once led John Kelly to remind the president that Ivanka was his daughter,” Taylor explains.

Kelly, what was chief of staff of the White House from 2017 to 2019, later told that same story to Taylor “with visible disgust,” adding that Trump was “a very, very evil man.”
The former official recalls that in his meetings with the then president and Kirstjen Nielsen, Trump called his Homeland Security secretary “honey” and “sweetness” and “criticized her makeup and outfits.”

Another of the women who suffered from Trump’s sexism was Sarah Huckabee Sanders, current Governor of Arkansas and at that time spokesman for the White House. During an Oval Office meeting, Trump thought he saw her in the adjacent room, but it turned out to be one of her personal assistants.
“Oops,” Trump responded, according to Taylor. “I was going to say, ‘Man, Sarah, you’ve lost a lot of weight!’
Taylor believes that Trump has not changed and fears that a second term of the former president It could be much worse, that he is the favorite in the polls to win the Republican nomination for the 2024 presidential election.
