Triumph presents new store concept: Opening in Zurich

Triumph relies on a new store concept that will be launched in Europe with the opening of the new store in Zurich.

With ‘My Atelier’, the customers of the Swiss lingerie brand should be offered an “innovative, informative and interactive shopping experience”, announced Triumph on Friday. The new concept follows the brand’s new visual brand identity.

However, Zurich is not the first store with the new concept. The first store had already opened in Tainan, Taiwan. But now it’s also Europe’s turn and Zurich will open its doors on April 28th in the Sihlcity shopping center and Vienna will be showing the new look from May 12th.

A particular highlight that differentiates each of the stores is the collaboration with local artists who create a work of art inspired by the ‘My Atelier’ concept.

“We’re thrilled to bring this new concept to life and offer our customers an experience that truly reflects our brand values,” said Paul Gautier, Global Head of Brands at Triumph. “My Atelier is more than just a salesroom. It is a place to discover, be inspired by and connect with our brand in a unique and meaningful way.”

The new stores will also feature a new service, the “Triumph AI Size Finder”, to make it easier for customers to determine their personal bra fit. The digital tool should not only help customers to find the right size, but also to reduce the return rate.
