Most Berlin clubs are now finally open again regularly after a long Corona break. So far, however, the gates of the world-famous safe have remained closed, and some rumored that they might never open again. But now comes the redeeming news: the safe is celebrating its comeback.

There will be a pre-party on May 6th, and a week later the reopening will be officially celebrated with a big celebration. The legendary club had been closed continuously since March 12, 2020 and did not open for a short time like other clubs last late summer.

Two other clubs associated with the Berlin Tresor will soon be reopening. The Berlin club Ohm is expected to start again from the beginning of June and the Dortmund club Tresor.West from May 14th.

The Tresor in Berlin is one of the most famous clubs in the city. It owes its name to its original location in the vault of the former Wertheim department store near Leipziger Platz. It opened there in March 1991. After almost fifteen years, the club had to leave the location because the building was demolished at the end of 2005 to make room for a new high-rise. In the years that followed, several Tresor parties took place in Maria am Ostbahnhof and SO36, before the club found a new home in 2007 in the closed southern wing of the central heating plant in Berlin-Mitte on Köpenicker Strasse. The notorious techno parties are supposed to take place there again soon.
