The card, in fact, offers the possibility to boys and girls between 18 and 35 years of take advantage of discounts ranging from 5 to 30 percent on cultural activities, catering services, accommodation, shops and, of course, transport such as train, plane and bus tickets.
What is the National Youth Card
The National Youth Card is an initiative which, as anticipated, offers young people a series of discounts and concessions on products and services, including travel or training experiences, sporting events and also career guidance activities. These concessions are offered by various operators, both merchants and public bodies.

Who is it for?
The Charter is dedicated to young Italians and Europeans residing in Italy with aged between 18 and 35 years and the activation is exclusively through the IO app, therefore it will be necessary a digital identity (SPID or CIE) to authenticate.
Once the card has been activated, to see all the discounts and the list of operators offering discounts at physical points, through an e-commerce channel or bothsimply access the “Wallet” section of the app, enter the details of the Card and click on “See discounts”.
Discounts also abroad
The EYCA program (European Youth Cards Association) allows young people aged between 18 and 30, in possession of a card belonging to the circuit, to obtain discounts of the same kind also in the other European countries adhering to the initiative. The list of all concessions is available on the official EYCA website.
The National Youth Card is not shared
The concessions promoted by the Card have an individual and nominative nature, and can therefore be used exclusively by the holder. Improper use of the Card may result in its revocation. Furthermore, its use is not associated in any way with the availability of a credit card: when the concessions are used, the payment can be made with the preferred method. Furthermore, the discount is applied immediately.
How many purchases, online or physical, can be made
The initiative does not include a limit to the number of discounts that can be used. In any case, each affiliated operator can autonomously decide how to use the discount codes that it makes available by making any conditions explicit in the form relating to their own discounts, always visible in the IO App.
