Since last year they have been working together with the Cedel (Entrepreneurial and Labor Development Center) that operates in the Padre Mugica neighborhood, offering training to entrepreneurial neighbors who want to improve their knowledge to apply it in their businesses and residents of the neighborhood who want to acquire new tools to enter the workplace.

In the first half of 2023, Trasa offered eight training sessions that totaled 24 full hours of training, in which 134 attendees participated, mostly young people from neighborhood 31.

For the second semester, Trasa added its support to two more organizations: Luz de Esperanza, a non-profit civil association created by young professionals that aims to promote the labor inclusion of people who are in comprehensive treatment for problematic consumption and in situations of of social and economic vulnerability in Barrio 31.

The other organization is Espartanos, a foundation that seeks to transform the lives of people deprived of their liberty for their effective social and labor integration, through the practice of rugby, spirituality, education and connection with the world of work; It operates in the San Martín maximum security prison.

The trainings have various topics such as: customer service, monotax, cashier service, CV preparation, tax education, personal finances, business administration and mock job interview. All trainings are taught by Trasa collaborators who share their knowledge and experience with the participants.
