The Marechaussee is further investigating the seized armored vehicles, weapons and ammunition. The exit at Gronsveld has been exempted again.
“The armored cars are privately owned,” said a spokesman for the Marechaussee on Thursday afternoon. “The vehicles have been stopped by the police. Ammunition has been found and it is now being investigated whether it is armed or not.”
