Manchester City, one of the English Premier League teams, strengthened their midfield with Croatian star Mateo Kovacic. City signed a 4-year contract with the 29-year-old player.
Kovacic made 37 appearances for Chelsea last season, scoring 2 goals and providing 2 assists.
