In the statement made by the Spanish club, it was noted that an agreement was reached with Sevilla for the transfer of the 23-year-old football player and Kounde will sign a 5-year contract.
The Catalan team determined Kounde’s release fee as 1 billion euros.
Barcelona will hold a signing ceremony for their new transfer on Monday, August 1st.
Kounde played 133 matches in all lanes and scored 9 goals with Sevilla, where he played for three seasons.
