Hertha homegrown
Florian Palmowski has found a new club in Sweden after the end of his contract with youth club Hertha BSC. The 21-year-old will play for Utsiktens BK in the second-rate Superettan, as he confirmed to Transfermarkt.
“The foreign country itself has always appealed to me. In addition, we had very good discussions with those responsible and they showed me a way that simply fits my situation,” said Palmowski. “The team is in rhythm and the next game is coming up at the weekend. Sweden is a great country and football is developing fast. That’s why I wanted to take this opportunity and develop myself further and gain experience.
Born in Berlin, he was between the posts in 16 games in the Regionalliga Nordost for Hertha II last season.
