Thousands of passengers who booked a flight at the end of last year suddenly have to pay an additional 2.62 euros in flight tax before departure from Transavia. Anyone who does not pay will not be allowed on board. The holiday airline claims that it is within its rights, but the Consumers’ Association calls the requirement ‘very customer unfriendly’.
