Train stopped at Helvoirt, ProRail hands out bottled water

A train stopped between Den Bosch and Tilburg on Friday evening due to a defect. Due to the heat and the lack of ventilation, the NS decided to hand out bottled water.

The train came to a standstill around half past seven near Helvoirt. Several vehicles from rail operator ProRail came to the train.

Due to the warm weather and the failure of ventilation, ProRail employees distributed bottles of water.

Around eight o’clock a replacement train arrived for the passengers to transfer.
