Due to the nice weather, people will again flock to Scheveningen on Sunday. The municipality is calling on people not to come by car anymore. There are long traffic jams and the parking garages are full.
“Do not come to Scheveningen by car, because there is no parking space anymore,” the municipality writes on Twitter. ‘Most parking garages are also full.’ According to the municipality, the best way to get to the beach is by bicycle, (shared) scooter or public transport.
It was Saturday too very busy in the popular resort town, traffic wardens had their hands full trying to manage the crowds.
