An accident occurred on the A28 near Hooghalen this afternoon, involving at least a car and truck. According to a bystander, a victim is being treated in the ambulance.
The incident is causing delays for southbound traffic. From Assen-Zuid, road users join the traffic jam. It is not clear when the road will fully reopen.
