The Stuttgart costume label Kinga Mathe has opened its first flagship store in Gmund am Tegernsee. This means that customers now have the opportunity to shop not only online and in selected partner shops, but also on site and to get individual advice.
The brand offers the latest designs and collections from Kinga Mathe and Alissa by Kinga Mathe in a spacious showroom covering more than 100 square meters of retail space.
“It all started fourteen years ago with a single dirndl, now I’m standing here and opening my first shop,” comments founder and designer Kinga Mathe in a statement.
Actors Chryssanthi Kavazi and Tom Beck traveled from Berlin to the opening party, as did model Alessandra Meyer-Wölden, who wore Kinga Mathe’s most expensive dirndl in the world at the Oktoberfest in 2019. The singer Carolin Niemczyk from Glas Perlenspiel performed live.
The official opening of the shop at Tegernseer Straße 6 in Gmund will follow on Saturday, July 2nd.
