The temperature in the shops is limited to 19 degrees, during opening hours the shop doors are kept closed where possible and one hour after closing, illuminated advertising, shop window lighting and lighting in car parks are extinguished. “We are not going to wait and take the lead in the necessary energy savings ourselves,” says CEO Dominique Michel.
