With live streamJeffrey Hoogland has made history on the velodrome. The 30-year-old track cyclist improved the world record for the kilometer in Aguascalientes, Mexico: 55.433 seconds. The record was held for ten years by Frenchman François Pervis, who set a time of 56.303 in 2013.
