According to the statement made on the TFF website, TFF Football Development Director Oğuz Çetin, who made the opening speech of the face-to-face training program that started today, explained the innovations made in coach training.
In the chat meeting where coach Abdullah Avcı was a guest, the experienced coach explained his philosophy and practices in communication by giving examples from his career in the session titled coach-player communication.
While Avcı answered the questions of the coach candidates in the meeting that lasted for about 2 hours, TFF Football Development Director Oğuz Çetin presented Avcı with a plaque of appreciation at the end of his program.
In the training program, Oğuz Çetin drew attention to the successful results of the trainings, which were carried out with the new methodology created around three basic principles: “Real Based”, “Fluent Game” and “Candidate Trainer Oriented”.
Çetin said that they are working to create a coach profile that easily adapts to the dynamic structure of football, constantly renews itself, and benefits from all contemporary development instruments.
24 candidate coaches participate in the UEFA Pro Undergraduate Trainer Training Program, which consists of a total of 6 face-to-face training modules, three of which are theoretical training, two are field practices, and one is a graduation project.
