Anyone who comes to the Dutch capital as a foreign tourist for a joint can still visit the coffee shop. But if it were up to the local mayor, prosecutor and police, foreigners should no longer be allowed to buy cannabis there. However, local politicians are not yet enthusiastic about such a ban.
