The women’s Tour de France was also presented today in Paris and the first news is in the dates: it will run from 12 to 18 August, so the start will be one day after the conclusion of the Olympic Games. The reigning champion is the Dutch Demi Vollering, present in the room: departure from her country, that is, from Rotterdam. 15 August – fifth stage – Bastogne – Amnéville 150 km

16 August – sixth stage – Remiremont – Morteau 160 km

17 August – seventh stage – Champagnole – Le Grand-Bornand 167 km

18 August – eighth stage – Le Grand-Bornand – Alpe d’Huez 150 km
