Walking festival Tour of the North (24 and 25 September) is sold out. The announcement appeared on the organization’s website within half an hour of registration opening on Tuesday evening.
The Tour of the North consists of different routes between 20 and 40 kilometers between Zuidhorn and Grijpskerk in the municipality of Westerkwartier. Under the motto Wandering through Stories, approximately 6000 walkers will start the popular walking tour.
Every year, according to the organizing foundation, hundreds of people manage to get through the waiting list still participate. People can still sign up for that list.
