TotalEnergies has taken over three startups.
All three companies – Dsflow, NASH Renewables and Predictive Layer – took part in “TotalEnergies On”, according to the French oil and gas group. The program supports startups in developing innovative solutions in the areas of electricity and renewable energies. TotalEnergies plans to integrate both Dsflow’s software-as-a-service solution and a software platform developed by NASH Renewables, as well as Predictive Layer’s machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
TotalEnergies is also taking a 56 percent stake in the startup Time2plug to promote the spread of electric car charging stations in France.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The TotalEnergies share temporarily gained 0.60 percent to 62.33 euros in Paris.
