Tori.fi warns of scammers on the market. The Tori.fi marketplace warns its users about courier scams used by criminals to fish for bank information. In the early part of the year alone, according to police, there have been 100-200 of these scams. Jenni Tuomisto, Director of Tori.fi, says in a press release that courier service scams began to appear about a year ago. The scams are carried out professionally and contact with the victim is done through Whatsapp, leaving no trace of Tor’s discussions.
