The Spanish police arrested fugitive Antwerp top gangster Koen Van Staay (45) when he left his luxury villa in Rojales on Thursday. The drug criminal was sentenced to seven years in prison in our country for taking a Dutch florist hostage and torturing him on behalf of drug baron Flor Bressers. Van Staay became known thanks to the TV program ‘Alloo in prison’.
