Russian President Vladimir Putin has lost one of his top advisers. Anatoly Chubays (66) resigned as special envoy and has left the country. He would have disagreed with the invasion of Ukraine, two sources told Reuters news agency. According to the Russian newspaper ‘Kommersant’ Chubais had fled to Turkey. He is said to have been photographed there while withdrawing money from an ATM in Istanbul.
