On October 14th BLOND released their latest song “Männer”. With the support of rapper addeN, they complain about a male-dominated music scene. They say: After they managed to get booked for concerts, they ran into the same problem again.
“We’re alone, where are all the other women? We didn’t spend hours in the rehearsal room for a dick party with pale pensioners.”
Then an annoyed one follows “Hallelujah – It’s Raining Men”. And also lines like “The line-up is getting longer and longer and longer, more room for more men” express the intention behind the song.

The next album by the indie pop band from Chemnitz will be called PERLEN and is scheduled for release on April 21, 2023.
BLOND
The trio around Nina and Lotta Kummer, sisters of Kraftklubs Kummer brothers, and Johann Bonitz have been making music as BLOND since 2011. Their debut album MARTINI SPRITE was released in January 2020. With songs like “Thorsten” they have already vented their anger at the men. “It’s good that there’s you. Thanks for explaining. I love you with all my heart. I can still learn so much from you”they sing in the chorus.
In October and November 2022 they will be on the “BLONDINATOR REUNION” tour which is already sold out in most places. Maps are currently still available for the following cities: Augsburg, Munich, Aarau, Frankfurt am Main, Essen, Rostock and Magdeburg.
