The DNA test is the element that could shed light on this story. The lawyers, however, had to explain in the courtroom how it was possible to arrive at this proof given that Tonino Lamborghini himself had refused to undergo the test. The genetic material was «recovered by four private investigators thanks to a straw with which the singer (Elettra Lamborghini, ed) had been drinking a milkshake. All without the knowledge (and obviously without the consent) of the singer” reports Il Resto del Carlino. Then pointing out that this element is enough to “drop the accusation of defamation, because the women only told the truth”.
