Tonight live on NH from Philharmonie: benefit concert for earthquake victims

Philharmonie Haarlem’s benefit concert for Turkey and Syria promises to be a grand event tonight. In a short time a huge production was set up with a large number of artists. A nice evening for the visitors, but of course with the main goal of raising money. NH will broadcast the concert live tonight from 8 p.m.

What exactly will happen?
The evening consists of a full musical program. From 20:00 there will be performances by the most diverse artists. According to the organization, a number of special collaborations between artists will be heard. The evening will be presented by music connoisseur and program maker Jan Douwe Kroeske.

Who’s performing?
The audience gets to see twenty artists or acts.
Giving the presence:
Willeke Alberti, Candy Dulfer, Roel van Velzen, Douwe Bob, HAEVN, Veldhuis & Kemper, Trijntje Oosterhuis, Brigitte Kaandorp, Ruben Hein, Cor Bakker, Wasim Arslan, Efe Erdem, Laura Fygi, Leoni Jansen, Ruben Annink, Fay Claassen, DRI3MAN , Royal Dutch Scam & Lo van Gorp, Jason Bouman and Meral Polat.

For pianist Cor Bakker, the cooperation is completely self-evident: “The terrible images that you see touch everyone enormously. I was also looking at those images with tears in my eyes. I am therefore very happy that I can do something and can at least contribute something through a benefit concert.”

What is the goal?
The goal is to raise at least 40,000 euros. Everything that comes in goes to Giro 555. The proceeds come from ticket sales, among other things. A ticket costs 35 euros. Of course, visitors can also make an extra contribution if they wish. Furthermore, thanks to commitments from suppliers of Philharmonie Haarlem, the entire catering turnover of the evening also benefits Giro 555.

Where can you track it?
The benefit evening can be seen live at NH News. It can be followed from 8 p.m. on nhnieuws.nl/media and on television via channel 707 on Ziggo and 509 via KPN.

Can I be there too?
Unfortunately there are no more tickets available. It’s sold out to the last spot. More than 1,100 visitors will attend the benefit evening.
