Toni Bou opens the X-Trial season with victory in Nice

Toni Bou clearly won the first round of the Indoor World Championship held last night in the French town of Nice. The Repsol Honda Team rider began his title defense by dominating the opening round of the indoor event from start to finish.

He is looking for his 31st World Championship, Bou he led all the heats in which it was his 70th indoor championship win. In the first round, Piera’s man tied on points with the Italian Matteo Grattarolabut the Repsol Honda rider achieved first position having finished in less time than his rival.
