On the occasion of the national holiday tomorrow, some compatriots traditionally receive a title of nobility or decoration from King Philippe. This year, among others, the Antwerp alderman Philip Heylen and the chairman of the Forum of Jewish Organizations Regina Sluszny will be elevated to baron, writer Alicja Gescinska will become Commander in the Order of Leopold, and writer Bart Van Loo and Child Focus CEO Heidi De Pauw will become Commander in the Order of the Crown.
