Tommi Tuominen’s mushroom porridge

If you want to cook a slightly better porridge, put mushrooms in it.

Porridge has been cooked in many homes this morning as well. But what if you tried something new and different?

Chef and restaurateur Tommi Tuominen advises the mushroom porridge recipe. Mushroom porridge makes a good lunch or evening snack.

And although not many mushrooms have been found in the forest this year (Tuominen gave his tip last year, when there were a lot of mushrooms), there are definitely mushrooms dried last fall in the cupboard.

Sienipuoro can sometimes also be found on the menu of Michelin-starred Finnjävel Salon.

It’s worth a try, because as Tuominen states: “Avot, There’s such a delicacy that you’ll get out of it.”
