Today, October 24, is National Kale Day. This vegetable is a real Dutch favorite, and works especially well in stew or in a salad. However, the kale is not yet at its tastiest, as it will only be once the frost has passed. Last year, NH reporter Mohammad Almousa put it to the test and ate kale for the first time.
