Today at the World Cup: squatter between Germany and Spain, first Japan against Costa Rica

Welcome to this blog

It is the eighth day of the World Cup in Qatar, with a total of four matches in groups E and F. At 8 p.m., title candidates Spain and Germany will play against each other in a match that is particularly important for the Germans. They lost their first game against Japan and most likely have to take a point to keep an eye on the eighth finals. Japan will play Costa Rica at 11 a.m., which lost 7-0 to Spain on Wednesday.

In Group F, Belgium will meet Hakim Ziyech’s Morocco at 2 p.m. and Croatia and Canada will play against each other at 5 p.m. Belgium is in the lead in that group with three points, followed by Croatia and Morocco, who failed to score against each other on Wednesday. Canada is at the bottom with zero points due to its 1-0 loss to Belgium.
