Inter Miami could soon welcome the next ex-Barcelona player following the transfers of Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets: striker Luis Suárez is reportedly flirting with a move to the MLS club. Loud “TyC SportsAfter initial negotiations with the US club, the 36-year-old is now discussing the possibility of an early departure in talks with Gremio Porto Alegre.
The Uruguayan’s contract with the Brazilian first division club runs until the end of 2024, and according to reports, Porto Alegre is currently not considering letting the striker go, who came from Nacional on a free transfer from his native Uruaguay in the winter. In 30 games to date, Suárez has contributed 22 goals for Gremio.

The market value of the attacker, once estimated at 90 million euros, had recently fallen to 4 million euros. Suárez grossed €125.52m in transfer fees during his career and played in Europe in the Eredivisie, Premier League and LaLiga between 2007 and 2022.
His most successful period was in Spain, where the right-footer scored 176 goals and provided 84 assists in 258 league games for Barcelona and Atlético Madrid. For the longest time in his career, 20,699 minutes in 258 games, he was on the pitch with Messi for the Catalans (to the statistics).
