Multiple PvdA celebrities opposes the plans to hurry up their own party just like GL and to go together in a new club. But according to PvdA/GL leader Frans Timmermans, it is a small group that lives in the past. In a conversation with merger critic Ad Melkert, he snifters to the former PvdA leader who, according to him, is well in the minority: “You represent perhaps 10 percent of the members.”
