The outdoor brand Timberland has filled a key position. On Friday, the company, which is part of the US clothing group VF Corporation, announced the appointment of Maisie Willoughby as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
In her new role, Willoughby will drive global brand strategy and develop projects to drive demand, Timberland said. She will therefore be part of the label’s global management team and will work closely with the regional marketing departments.
Willoughby has many years of experience in the culture and fashion industry. Before joining Timberland, she held the position of Chief Brand Marketing Officer at the US fashion house Alexander Wang.
