IS the week of Tim Summer Hits. The Rai 2 music program – which airs tonight July 28th at 9.20pm and you can listen also on Rai Radio 2 and Radio Italia – marks a sort of “double”: it was also broadcast on Monday 25 July, again on Rai 2. It was led by the light-hearted and close-knit duo Stefano De Martino And Andrea Delogu. The backstage behind the scenes is entrusted to Saverio Raimondo. Going wild at home, as if you were on a pizza, will be very easy.
Tim Summer Hits: summer music is back on Rai
Tim Summer Hits is the program that has above all the merit of to mark the return of summer music in Rai. Public TV had “abandoned” it from 82after having broadcast the first editions of the Festivalbarthen moved to Mediaset.
This summer, however, Rai has just changed course, providing six episodes for the series of traveling concerts which took place in three locations (two in each location): Rome to Piazza del Popolo, Trieste in Portopiccolo Sistiana and on the Romagna Riviera a Rimini (the episodes broadcast were recorded between the end of June and the beginning of July).
Usually the day of Rai music is Thursday. But except last Thursday when Tim Summer Hits gave way to a quarter-final of the European women’s football championships. So, to recover, Rai broadcast the fourth episode of Tim Summer Hits Monday 25. While the fifth, tonight’s, airs regularly on Thursdays.

Self last Monday took turns on the stage of Portopiccolo Sistiana in Trieste the voices that are signing the main ones “Summer hits” of the moment (Fedez, Tananai and Mara Sattei and Elodiewhich, respectively, with The sweet life And Tribal are the main aces of this summer’s music), tonight from Rimini a mix of “tradition” and new trends awaits us. Voices are always powerful and famous.
Loredana Bertè forty years later I’m not a lady
The “highlight” of the evening is Loredana Bertè, national music monument, now icon with blue hair. This summer scratch with Melancholy seasong in which a duet with the rapper Franco 126 (Federico Bertollini). Bertè is in great shape, which, a forty years from his personal catchphrase I’m not a ladyhe just announced on Twitter (with a little emotion) his new tour starting in August: Summer Tour poster.

Then on stage, tonight we go from the high tones of Giusy Ferreri with Cause effectto the more persuasive ones of Francesco Rengaunder the heading “art” of Matteo Bocellison of the tenor Andrea Bocellito the romantic tones of Silvia Salemito the soulful soul of Nina Zillito the delicate sounds of Francesca Michielinto the pop rhythms of Rkomi (Mirko Manuele Martorananew judge of the neighbor X Factor).
Tim Summer Hits: difficult not to dance
We dance with the fresh lightness of Federico Rossihalf of the former duo Benji & Faith (also composed of Benjamin Mascolo). With the dance rhythms of Bob Sinclar And Nyv (Mirella Nyvinne Pinternagelstudent of Friends 19) who sign Borderline, and of Gabry Ponte And LUM! X (Gabriele Ponte with the Austrian Luca Michlmayr). With the sensuality of the Spanish Ana Mena. With the summer flavor of Oak and Chiamamifaro (Angelica Gori with the Bolognese band).
We are unleashed with the impetuosity of Rocco Hunt (Rocco Pagliarulo). And we dance, but we also laugh, with Valerio Lundini and the Vazzanikkithe conductor’s historic band, which has made official the stop on Rai 2 of his show A piece of Lundini.
Make way for the rap-pop world too
Tim Summer Hits then makes way for new trends with the very young Alex (finalist of Friends 21) And LDA (Luca D’Alessioson of Gigi D’Alessio). And makes room also to the whole world rap-pop: from Clementine (Clemente Maccaro), to Emis Killa (Emiliano Rudolf Giambelli), Olly (Federico Olivieri), Willie Peyote (William Bruno), Priestess (Alessandra Prete), The Three (Guido Luigi Senia).
Tim Summer Hits it does not end here…
The summer music of Tim Summer Hits does not end with the next episode (the sixth and last, on August 4), because then there is a special “the best of” which should be broadcast the following week. The good ratings (around 12% share) suggest that the appointment will be confirmed again next summer.
