Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann and Erfurt artist Marc Jung have teamed up again to raise money for Ukraine: A second work by Jung has been up for sale since Sunday (April 24), the auction will run until May 3.
Exclusive art cooperation for Ukraine
In March, the duo had already achieved a sum of 14,500 euros. A wooden wall covered with Lindemann’s limited edition “MDZN Pils” beer labels, on which Marc Jung had painted a dove of peace and the appeal “Peace Please”, was auctioned off at the time. The second image also follows this concept and consists of the same background as the predecessor. This time the motif is a stylized head with horns and an inverted cross in the forehead area. The signatures of the two in the lower middle part complete the work.

Jung and Lindemann appeal “to humanity”
The entire proceeds of the sale will again benefit an aid organization that supports the people of Ukraine. Both artists have “friends on the Ukrainian and Russian side”, so their motivation is the “common appeal to humanity.”

The Rammstein singer has recently made a name for himself several times through his commitment: he provided emergency aid for Ukrainian refugees at Berlin Central Station and also canceled his Russian shows. In a statement on their website, the entire band expressed their solidarity with Ukraine.
The upcoming album “Zeit” by the Neue-Deutsche-Härte-Band will be released on March 29th. The single of the same name was released last month, and the track “Zick Zack” was released on April 9th with a major advertising campaign at Berlin’s Alexanderplatz. Fans could buy an exclusive Rammstein magazine and the CD for the single there. Rammstein also delighted their fans by announcing pre-listening events in cinemas around the world. In Germany, the event can be experienced in six cities. For Rammstein fans in Berlin there is also an exclusive midnight sale at Dussmann das KulturKaufhaus.
